We require a credit card to make a reservation for the following:
- Any time you are booking more than one spa service (hair services are excluded)
- Any time you make a reservation for more than one person
- Any time you make a reservation for spa packages
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to relax and prepare for your services. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extensions of their scheduled appointment time and may be asked to reschedule.
- We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation for all services. You will be charged for 50% of your service cost if you cancel within 24 hours. We do understand that emergencies can occur, so please call us and we will reschedule your services at no additional charge.
- In order to maintain an environment conducive to relaxation and in consideration of our guests, we request that children or animals do not accompany you on your appointment day and that all cell phones and pagers be muted.
- We do not use anything that may potentially damage skin in our manicures or pedicures, and, if you are coming for a pedicure, we ask that you not shave your legs within 24 hours of your appointment.
- We do not perform massages on minors unaccompanied by a legal guardian.
- In-cabin massages are available for an additional fee if you are staying in a cabin within a 20 minute drive of Serenity/Blue Ridge. We would encourage our guest to stay in our suites and order an in-suite massage.
- All prices are subject to change.
- We reserve the right to refuse any appointment.
- The spa is closed on the following holidays: Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Thanksgiving

Purchase Policies
For payment for services for the Spa and Suites (and for purchases made at the Spa), we accept cash, personal check with ID, and major credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery.
We recommend when trying many of our products (lotions, shampoos, etc.) for the first time that you purchase the smaller size to see if you like the product first. We offer small or travel sizes for many of our spa products.
Return Policy
Refunds
Products may be returned unopened/unused for a refund within 30 days of its shipping date and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.
Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error up to $9.95, unless prior arrangements have been made with the return department. Return your item(s) using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or standard U.S. Mail.
If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping. Unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product.
You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of Serenity in the Mountains receiving your return.
Please note: Do not send us any old, broken parts to see if we can get new ones. We can not accept them due to insurance and health liabilities.
